WGS EG1 + EG2 Preset Pack

This preset pack includes rigs for both EG1 and EG2 players on a weekend. The goal is simple: give you everything you need to cover either guitar part and choose what works best with your preferred instrument.

Every preset is designed to work with any guitar. We firmly believe that using the gain controls on the amp captures is the best way to dial in the right amount of breakup for your specific guitar and pickups. Start there and make small adjustments to get the response you want.

WGS EG1 Rig

The WGS EG1 Rig was designed by Joe to sit naturally in the mix when needed while still delivering those soaring lead moments when it is time to shine. This is an addictive preset to play and works extremely well with a wide variety of guitars and pickup combinations.

Amp captures include the Morgan SW22 with an Eminence Alessandro 12" speaker and our Matchless DC30 CH2.

Feel free to customize the preset with your own drive and amp captures, but we think these combinations sound great right out of the box.

WGS EG2 Rig

The WGS EG2 Rig was designed by David to complement the EG1 Rig while also offering several creative possibilities of its own. This preset was rigorously stress tested with as many different guitar and pickup combinations as we could throw at it.

David has a real ear for clarity and definition, and this preset delivers that sound while giving you plenty of flexibility throughout a weekend.

If you have heard David play, you already know about his love for baritone guitar. This preset brings that same character to your standard tuned guitar using a pitch block, giving you a completely different sound without needing to switch instruments.

Amp captures include the Morgan SW22 through a Matchless cabinet and the JMI 304.

As with the EG1 Rig, feel free to customize the preset with your own drive and amp captures. We think these combinations sound great right out of the box, but they also give you a solid foundation to build your own sound.
