The EG2 Worship Pack went through months of real-world testing — multiple guitars, live Sunday mixes, actual pedalboards, and more Quad Cortex revisions than we can count — because the goal was never just a good sounding capture. It was a capture that feels, responds, and breathes like a real amp under your fingers.

The Captures
Two amps. Both dialed in for the EG2 role in a worship context.

The Morgan SW22 was captured through a Matchless cabinet loaded with a G12M 65 — focused, balanced, and sits in a mix without fighting anything. The 90's JMI 30/4 went through a rare set of 100-watt Alnico speakers that add a harmonic depth and dimension that's genuinely hard to put into words until you actually play it. Both done with a Shure 545.

This patch is more focused and direct than our EG1-style presets — clear enough to cut, big enough to inspire. It layers exceptionally well in a multi-guitar setup but holds its own as a standalone patch too. Works with almost any guitar. Tweak the amp gain to taste — Quad Cortex V2 responds incredibly well to fine tuning and these captures were designed with that in mind.
